No return of money. I was charged twice by Berto for a program that was advertised to be 5k and then 4K for an additional program. To 9k but instead was charged a total over 13k numerous times i reached out to return my money and i kept getting the run around. I was never offered a monthly payment plan which is clearly stated on his webpage or what he's offered to other customers.

I was only told to pay in full. Berto kept telling me the extra charges would fall off i should receive an email but never did. This is a card i share with my husband who is currently serving our country in the military overseas to which i explained to Berto numerous times. Unfortunately my husband was left paying this credit card bill because he didn't want to have his credit tank. I have proof of all the overcharges on the credit card statements. As well as invoices that show what i was charged and the pricing on the website.
